Karuna Reiki™...Karuna is a Sanskrit word that means 'compassionate action', and this is the essence of Karuna Reiki™. It is offered to those students who are already Reiki Masters. Karuna Reiki™ energy differs from Usui Reiki, but it should really be experienced as some people feel that it is more powerful than Usui Reiki, whereas others feel more drawn to the energy of Usui Reiki. |

Karuna Reiki™ is a relatively new form of Reiki, which in fact has nothing to do with Usui Reiki. It is a system that was developed by William Rand of the Centre for Reiki Training (based in the US), and is based on symbols and information received from various channelled sources.
