This week we have some positive, active days to look forward to. The first is a “Master Energy” day on Monday, but the big highlight of the week is the Full Moon in Libra on Saturday. Overall, it should be a positive week with good potential for inspiration and productivity, but be aware of the importance of balancing and grounding your energy if you find yourself feeling overly-sensitive or moody. With that, let’s take a detailed look at the energy this week, what to expect and how to make the most of it:

Monday March 26th we start the week with a high-energy day. According to numerology this day has special energetic significance because the numbers of today’s date add up to the “Master Number” of 22 (2+6+3+2+0+1+8= 22). “22” is known as the “Master Builder”, so today is ideal for starting new projects and furthering work on existing projects and goals (building your future). This is a day to take action, so make the most of it! It’s also a great day to work on manifesting your goals (especially those related to prosperity and abundance), so ensure that you set aside some time to sit quietly and visualise each of your goals in their completed forms. To make this exercise more effective, try to use as many of your senses as possible (feel, smell, hear… and most of all, intend) when you visualise. If you are a Reiki 2 (or above) practitioner, it’s an especially powerful day to work on your Reiki affirmations.

 

Tuesday March 27th the emphasis is on committed partnerships (romantic, business, friendships etc.). Those that are balanced and serve your highest good are strengthened and deepened. However, the energy can also push one to release those relationships which no longer serve the highest good. If this is the case for you, you’ll notice that the relationship(s) in question will already be in a state of dissolving or “leaving” your life. Allow this process to happen… give thanks for the experiences and lessons learned, then let go.

 

Wednesday March 28th the intuition will be stronger than usual, so pay attention to it and allow it to guide you, especially in the areas of finances, relationships and creativity. It could be that you receive a “flash” of inspiration, or perhaps you have a “gut feeling” about someone or something. Whatever the case, pay attention and be prepared to take action: there is great potential for taking the areas mentioned earlier to the next level! I recommend starting the day with meditation (even just 5-10 minutes) so that you are better able to receive intuitive guidance and inspiration throughout the day.

 

Thursday March 29th we can look forward to some fiery, active energy. If you are facing any obstacles at the moment, make use of this energy to help overcome them. This strong energy is also very supportive of taking responsibility, mature behaviour and actions, time-management, as well as making plans and sticking to them.

 

Friday March 30th is a bit of a “rest day”. “Sandwiched” between yesterday’s fiery energy and tomorrow’s Full Moon, today is best-suited to just “going with the flow” as much as possible. Listen to your body, don’t push yourself too hard, and save the activities for tomorrow.

 

Saturday March 31st we finish the month with a high-energy day and the Full Moon in Libra. Any Full Moon is a good time to “take stock” of how you’ve been doing since the previous Full Moon, but the influence of Libra places extra emphasis on the areas of relationships and creative expression/projects. Ask yourself what adjustments need to be made or what needs to be released in these areas in order to create a stronger and more positive flow of energy. We can expect this Full Moon to be quite powerful, helping us to stay focused on whatever intentions we make at this time.

In addition to the influences mentioned above, this particular Full Moon is also very supportive in th areas of abundance (increasing the flow of it) and self-healing. Regarding abundance, take time for visualisations or intentions (please see Monday’s forecast for information about this). For self-healing, take time for a full Reiki self-treatment or any other healing/energy practise that you may enjoy.

To make the most of today’s Full Moon energy, try doing a special meditation. You can do your own meditation, or choose to meditate on all you have to be grateful for in your life, or you can do a Full Moon meditation in the following way:

Sit quietly and comfortably, with the hands resting on the knees (palms facing up), breathing deeply and evenly, whilst contemplating the Moon. Imagine that with every in-breath, your up-turned hands draw in a bright, silvery light from the Moon. See the light enter your hands, travel up to your shoulders, and then to the centre of the chest (where it collects in the heart chakra). This light at the centre of the chest then spreads throughout your body. Continue breathing in the light, spreading it through your body, for as long as it feels right for you. (When you exhale, just allow the breath to leave the body). When you feel/visualise that your entire body is filled with this silvery light, you can then try expanding this light throughout your aura, and beyond.

If you are a Reiki 2 (or above) practitioner, you can sit quietly with the Moon in view (ideally outdoors) and send Reiki to it. Sit quietly and comfortably, prepare your hands for sending Reiki, and draw your 3 Reiki symbols over the Moon. You would then use the Reiki 2 technique of ‘Beaming’, with the hands ‘aimed’ at the Moon. In this way, you can tap directly into these lunar energies. Of course, you can use any method of sending Reiki by distance, so go with whatever you prefer.

 

Sunday April 1st we finish the week and start a new month! Today’s energy will be strong, as we will still be somewhat affected by yesterday’s Full Moon. However, be aware that this energy can cause one to feel overly-sensitive or moody. If you find this to be the case, take time to “ground” your energy. You can also utilise this energy by being active, ideally by taking part in outdoor activities. These activities needn’t be strenuous, even an enjoyable walk in the park will have a balancing and invigorating effect.
